Wealthy Asset Management flagged by regulators

Wealthy Asset Management Says 1997, the Register Says 2026

Wealthy Asset Management (wealthyassets.com) shows you a chateau, a coat of arms and three big numbers: “CHF 5.8B” under advisory, “25+” years and a founding date of 1997 in Einsiedeln, Switzerland. FINMA has placed the site on its warning list, shared through IOSCO’s international alerts network on 19 October 2026.

What the Swiss register says

The site prints a company ID, CHE-108.561.136. We looked it up in Zefix, Switzerland’s official business register. That ID belongs to a small limited company with CHF 20,000 of capital. For years it was registered as an IT company. It took the name “Wealthy Asset Management GmbH” only in February 2026. In September 2026 it changed its name again, and its stated purpose is now trading its own money for its own account.

The website says The register says
Founded in 1997 Asset management name adopted February 2026
“CHF 5.8B Assets Under Advisory” Share capital of CHF 20,000
“Independent Swiss Investment Advisory” Current purpose: trading its own assets
Wealthy Asset Management GmbH Name changed again in September 2026

The convertible notes line

The site also cannot decide how old it is. One section says “founded in 1997” and “25+ Years of Excellence”; the About Us section says “for over 15 years”. Among its services is “Alternative and Structured Investments”, including convertible notes. Convertible notes are a favourite of boiler rooms because the buyer cannot easily check what they are worth or sell them again.

A real Swiss asset manager needs FINMA authorisation. FINMA has instead warned the public about this website. If someone offered you a note, a bond or a managed account through wealthyassets.com, do not sign or pay anything.
