IF (tradeai-if.com) is a Japanese stock picking tool sold by Change LLC (合同会社チェンジ). It says its system recorded a win rate of more than 80% in back tests and shows a list of picks that rose sharply in spring 2026. Japan’s Financial Services Agency has warned about it, and the alert was shared on IOSCO’s international alerts network on 2 July 2026.

Every row compares the price on the pick date with the highest price that came later. Nobody sells at the exact top. The “profit rate” column next to them is left blank, and a footnote admits the figure assumes trades over a set period. In other words, the table shows the best possible case and calls it a result.
Free trial, then what?
The page offers a free trial version and asks you to agree to email marketing. The phone number, 050 1722 5183, is an internet phone number, the kind that can be set up from anywhere. Change LLC gives no registration as a financial instruments business, which Japan requires for anyone selling investment advice for a fee.
The usual path for services like this is a free trial that builds trust, then a paid membership, then a pitch for a “premium” signal or a private investment. The FSA warning means the firm is offering investment services in Japan without the registration the law requires.
Before you pay for any signal service in Japan, look the seller up on the FSA list of registered financial instruments business operators. Be wary of any tool that shows only highs and no losses.
