Day Trading Scheme flagged by regulators

Day Trading Scheme Calls Itself Your Trustee

Day Trading Scheme (daytradingschemes.com) offers to “hold and manage capitals on your behalf” through what it calls a neutral third party, an automated trading system. It describes itself as your trustee. The Australian Securities and Investments Commission flagged the site, listed as D Trading, and IOSCO shared the alert on 5 August 2026.

Day Trading Scheme in its own words

Here is how the site describes itself, phrase by phrase, and what each phrase leaves out.

Phrase on the site What it means for you
“As your trustee, we manage your capitals” You hand over control of your money
“decentralized automated trading system” Nobody named is responsible
“monitored by set of professional traders” No trader, firm or licence named
“yielding of outstanding returns” No figure you can check

A trustee is a legal role with strict duties. In Australia, anyone who manages money for others must hold an Australian Financial Services Licence. Day Trading Scheme shows no licence, no company and no address. Calling itself a trustee gives a legal sounding promise with no legal substance.

The word scheme is right there

Most scams avoid the word scheme. This one put it in its name. The site has only three pages: home, about and legal, plus sign up and log in. There is no list of results, no team, no audited track record. What you get after signing up is a dashboard, where the numbers are whatever the operator types in.

The copyright line claims the site has been running since 2022, but the domain was only registered on 2 March 2026. ASIC listed it five months later.

Three things to do this week

  • Search any Australian provider on ASIC Connect for an AFSL.
  • Do not top up to reach a better tier.
  • Report the site to ASIC and to ReportCyber.
