Swiss Finance Partners (swissfinpartners.com) offers Swiss bank accounts, offshore bank accounts, blockchain financing, ICO fund raising and even St Kitts and Nevis citizenship, from offices it lists as London, Dubai, New York and Hong Kong. Switzerland’s FINMA warned about Swiss Finance Partners Group Ltd., and the alert was shared with regulators worldwide on 8 February 2023, then updated in November 2025.
Swiss Finance Partners: One company, three names
| Where on the site | Name used |
|---|---|
| Page title | Swiss Finance Partners AG |
| Welcome banner | Swiss Financial Partners Group Ltd. |
| Footer | Swiss Finance Partners Group Ltd. |
| Street address | None given |
| Domain registered | 16 April 2011 |
An AG is a Swiss company. A Ltd. is usually British or offshore. The site uses both, plus a third variation, and gives no street address in any of the four cities it names. FINMA has had it on the warning list for more than three years.

Offshore accounts and passports
The menu mixes banking, crypto fund raising and second passports. That combination appeals to people who want privacy, and people who want privacy are less likely to complain when something goes wrong. Opening an offshore account through a middleman usually means paying set up fees up front, then waiting for an account that never appears.
Before paying any account opening fee
- Ask which bank will hold the account and contact that bank directly.
- Check the intermediary on FINMA’s list of authorised firms.
- Never pay fees to a personal account or in crypto.
- Be wary of any firm that sells citizenship next to bank accounts.
Why an old domain is not a good sign here
The domain dates from April 2011, so Swiss Finance Partners can look established. But age alone proves nothing. Scam sites are often kept online for years because they keep finding new customers. What matters is whether the firm is authorised, and FINMA has said publicly that it is not. A long life online with a warning attached is a reason for more caution, not less.
