ElitFinanz flagged by regulators

ElitFinanz Left Placeholders in Its Legal Footer

ElitFinanz (elitfinanz.com) promises high returns and fully automated, regulated and secure trading in crypto, forex and CFDs, with an AI engine running around the clock and more than 500,000 active users. BaFin warned on 22 September 2026 that ElitFinanz offers crypto trading without a licence.

The footer was never filled in

Footer field What it says
Phone +00 000 000 000
Address Placeholder Address, City, Country
Company number 0000000
Email support@elitfinanz.com
Domain registered 12 June 2026

A site that claims half a million users and calls itself regulated left the template placeholders in its legal footer. There is no real phone, no address and no company number. That is not an oversight a regulated firm could make.

Plans and the AI engine

The 24 hour AI trading is reserved for the Pro plan and above, according to the small print. Upselling to a higher plan is how these platforms raise deposits. The AI is a label, and the profits shown are numbers on a dashboard.

Steps to take

  1. Do not upgrade to any plan.
  2. Request a withdrawal in writing and save the reply.
  3. Report ElitFinanz to BaFin and your bank.

Same template, other names

The ElitFinanz layout, with its high returns banner, AI engine and plan tiers, also appears on other German language platforms that BaFin has warned about. Operators reuse a design and just swap the name and colours. If a site you are looking at has the same footer placeholders, treat it the same way.

The domain elitfinanz.com was registered on 12 June 2026. Claims of 2.5 billion dollars in volume and half a million users on a domain that young are invented. Report the site to BaFin, give your bank the transfer details, and keep a screenshot of the footer as evidence.

One more point: ElitFinanz says it is regulated but never says by whom. A German speaking platform would need BaFin authorisation or an EU passport you can look up. BaFin’s answer was a public warning instead. If a caller from ElitFinanz pushes you to act today, that urgency alone is reason to wait and check.
