Snorter flagged by regulators

Snorter Sells a Token for a Bot Due in Q4 2025

Snorter (snortertoken.com) sells a meme token called $SNORT through a presale and promises a Telegram trading bot for Solana meme coins. It advertises the lowest fees on Solana, the fastest execution and front running protection. Spain’s CNMV warned about Snorter, and the warning was republished by Estonia’s supervisor on 27 April 2026.

A bot that is always about to launch

On the site What we saw
Product Telegram trading bot for Solana meme coins
Token $SNORT, supply 250,000,000
Sales route Presale, with staking for annual returns
Launch date “will launch to the public in Q4 2025”
Domain registered 29 April 2025

The page still says the bot is in advanced testing and will launch to the public in Q4 2025. We read it on 30 October 2026. Whatever the bot is, the money is raised now, through the token sale. Buyers are paying for a promise, and the promise has a date that already passed.

One rule for any token presale

A real product sells itself once it exists.

A presale asks you to pay before anyone can test it. If you bought $SNORT, write down the wallet you paid from, the amount and the date. Never type your seed phrase into any site that offers to claim or bridge your tokens, because that is how wallets get emptied.

Presales and staking rewards

The buying widget warns that buyers who purchase on one chain will not be eligible for annual staking returns, and recommends buying on Ethereum to stake. Staking rewards in a presale are paid in the same token you just bought. They make a number on a dashboard grow, but they are only worth something if real buyers exist when trading starts.

Meme token presales are a favourite format for paid influencers and fake news stories. The CNMV warning means the operators were offering this to Spanish investors without authorisation. Nothing on the page names a company, an address or anyone responsible.

Questions to ask about any presale

  1. Who is the legal company behind the token?
  2. Has the product launched, or only the sale?
  3. Who audited the contract, and can you read the report?
  4. Where will the token trade, and when?
