Marbrisse (marbrisse.com) is an online trading platform that Italy’s market regulator, CONSOB, has acted against. Its domain also appears in IOSCO’s I-SCAN alerts dated 29 October 2026, and an earlier CONSOB list tied it to a separate web trader address, webtrader.strenlyx-degreonix.com. When we opened the site, it sent us straight to a page that says the website is not available in our country.

Blocking whole countries is a choice. Scam platforms often hide from the countries where regulators are watching, and show their sales pages only where they are recruiting. The trading screen also lives on a different, unrelated domain, so the brand can be swapped while the back office stays the same.
Why CONSOB action matters
CONSOB can order Italian internet providers to block sites that offer investment services without authorisation. It does this every week, and Marbrisse is on its list. The block only works inside Italy, so people elsewhere can still be targeted, which is why the alert goes out to other regulators through I-SCAN.
Is Marbrisse authorised in Italy?
No. CONSOB has listed it among unauthorised online trading sites.
Can I withdraw from the web trader?
Platforms like this usually ask for fees or taxes first. Do not pay them.
If you have money on the Marbrisse platform, write down the IBANs or wallet addresses you paid into and the names of everyone who contacted you, then speak to your bank and report it to your national regulator.
One more detail stands out. The domain marbrisse.com was registered on 4 March 2026, so the platform is only months old, yet it already needed a separate trading address and a country filter. Real brokers build trust in the open. Marbrisse builds walls.
