CapStellar (kstellar.io) sells a crypto strategy that trades on your own Binance or Kraken account through access keys, from a minimum of 500 euro plus 50 euro a month. It claims an eight year performance of “X462” and says a MiCA licence application is underway in Luxembourg. France’s AMF blacklisted kstellar.io on 24 October 2025.
Performance fees on your own account
CapStellar takes 5% to 7% in performance fees from trades it runs on your exchange account. A multiplier of 462 over eight years would make it one of the best performing funds in history, yet there is no audited record and no regulator behind the number. When a stranger trades your account and takes a cut of the wins, the losses are still yours.
Protect your exchange account
- Revoke every API key you do not recognise.
- Turn on withdrawal address whitelisting.
- Export your trade history.
- Report the service to the AMF or your own regulator.

An application is not a licence. Until a regulator grants it, the firm is not allowed to offer crypto services to the public in the EU. The AMF has already listed both CapStellar addresses and the older Crypto Bulot brand on its blacklist. The page itself is set to tell search engines not to index it.

Before you hand over an API key
An API key with trading rights lets the holder buy and sell anything on your account. Even without withdrawal rights, a bad actor can pump a thin coin, trade your balance into it and sell from another account. Only give trading keys to a regulated firm you can find on a public register. CapStellar is on the AMF blacklist instead.
If you used CapStellar, keep the fee invoices and your full trade history. They show exactly what was done in your name.
