Finrally (finrally.com) sells binary options and CFDs. It promises you can earn up to 90% from a deal’s amount, runs a weekly trading contest with a 20,000 dollar prize fund, and shows GUARANTEED WITHDRAWALS WITHIN 1 HOUR next to the word REGULATED. France’s AMF blacklisted Finrally on 22 September 2017.
Contest prizes and guarantees
| Finrally says | What it means |
|---|---|
| Earn up to 90% per deal | A binary option payout, all or nothing |
| 20 winners every week | A reason to trade more, not better |
| Guaranteed withdrawals in 1 hour | No firm can guarantee this |
| REGULATED | No regulator named |
| Domain registered | 9 February 2017 |
A trading contest that rewards the number of trades, regardless of results, pushes you to place as many bets as possible. In binary options every extra bet adds to the house edge.
One address, two brands
Finrally and Binarymate, another binary options site blacklisted by the AMF in 2017, both trade through companies registered at the same Majuro address in the Marshall Islands. The two sites share the same layout, the same menu and the same promises. Both are still online nine years after the French warning.
If you are trading there
- Stop depositing and do not join contests.
- Request a withdrawal in writing and save the reply.
- Contact your card issuer about a chargeback.
- Report Finrally to the AMF or your own regulator.

Why binary options were banned for retail clients
European regulators studied binary options for years before banning their sale to ordinary investors in 2018. They found that most clients lost money, that the products were built so the broker profits when the client loses, and that sales were driven by bonuses, contests and pushy account managers. Finrally uses every one of those tools. A warning from 2017 and a site still online in 2026 tells you the operators are not worried about European rules.
