Tradingspire — flagged scam broker

Tradingspire — Same Price List as Two Flagged Brokers

Tradingspire (tradingspire.com) shows a live bitcoin chart, a market ticker and a chat bubble that greets visitors with “Hi! How can we help?”. Behind the polish is a set of fixed-return plans the FCA would not allow an authorised firm to sell. The regulator put Tradingspire on its warning list on 19 October 2026. The domain was registered on 26 April 2026.

Three brands, one price list. The plan names, the percentages and the minimum and maximum deposits match line for line. That is not competition between brokers; it is the same operation renting out a website kit.

What the Tradingspire numbers would mean

  1. A $3,000 deposit on the BASIC plan “earns” $750 on a single trade.
  2. The TEST plan would turn $500 into $1,250 in one trade.
  3. A $100,000 BUSINESS plan, at 3.1%, would pay less per trade than a $3,000 BASIC plan in percentage terms, which no fund would design on purpose.
  4. None of the plans mentions a loss, a stop or a risk warning.

The footer reads “© 2026 Tradingspire. All Rights Reserved.” There is no company number, no registered address and no regulator named. The site still claims to be “Globally Regulated” and to hold “40+ International Awards”.

If you were given a Tradingspire login by someone you met online, assume the balance on screen is invented. Stop sending money, take screenshots of the dashboard and your chats, and contact your bank. Report the site to the FCA and to the police, and be wary of anyone who later offers to recover your money for an upfront fee: that is often the same group coming back for a second payment.
