The year in the title
Open opti-nova.net and the browser tab reads OptiNova – Plateforme de trading IA | Trading de crypto-monnaies 2025. It is September 2026.
The title tag is the one line on a page written purely for search engines and nobody proof-reads it. Here it preserves the date the template was built. A platform selling “advanced AI” analysis of live markets has not touched its own headline in over a year.
The same tag appears on Ambrielle Novairex. Two brands, two domains, one forgotten year.
The calculator
Halfway down the first screen sits a box: Montant du dépôt initial — pre-filled at 250 € — a slider for the return period, and then Quel est votre solde estimé ? with a number under it.
A projected balance is one of the few things a regulated firm is flatly forbidden to show a retail investor, because no one can know it. That is the point of the widget: it moves the conversation from should I to how much.
It is also, on this site, at least arithmetically coherent: €250 becomes €262 in seven days. That is a 4.8% weekly return, which compounds to over 1,100% a year — a figure no legitimate manager would advertise, presented as the ordinary case.

One website, four names
OptiNova is not a one-off. We found the same page running under four different brands: Cronetrium System, CorpaGenesis, OptiNova and Ambrielle Novairex. Same menu, same layout, same deposit calculator, and the same line of social proof — “Noté 4,7 étoiles par plus de 2 804 utilisateurs” — above the same three stock photographs of faces.
The four went onto the AMF blacklist on three different dates across three registrars. That is what a production line looks like: when one brand is listed, the next one is already registered.
Why the differences matter more than the similarities
The four sites are identical except for the brand and the number the calculator lands on: €175, €261, €262 and €199. Three of those four are figures a careful operator would never ship — two are barely above the deposit and one is below it. Nobody is checking. The pages are output, not products.
What you are actually buying
Nothing, yet. There is no platform on show, no demo, no pricing and no company. There is a form that wants your name, email and French mobile number. The transaction that matters happens on the phone call afterwards, with someone who has your details and a script.
Check a trading site in two minutes
Search the AMF blacklist at amf-france.org, then paste a distinctive sentence from the homepage into a search engine in quotation marks. If the same words come back under three other brand names, you have found the factory rather than the firm.
If you have already deposited
Stop sending money, including any “tax”, “release fee” or “compliance payment” demanded before a withdrawal — those requests are the scam continuing, not the end of it. Screenshot your account page, the deposit record and every message before anything changes. Tell your bank or card issuer at once and ask about a chargeback or a recall; the clock matters more than the amount. Then report it to the AMF at amf-france.org and to your own national regulator.
Our view: OptiNova is a rebadged copy of a blacklisted template, still advertising 2025 in its own title, with a calculator promising over 1,100% a year. Do not sign up.
