The calculator
Halfway down the first screen sits a box: Montant du dépôt initial — pre-filled at 250 € — a slider for the return period, and then Quel est votre solde estimé ? with a number under it.
A projected balance is one of the few things a regulated firm is flatly forbidden to show a retail investor, because no one can know it. That is the point of the widget: it moves the conversation from should I to how much.
It is also, on this site, broken. Enter the pre-filled €250 over seven days and the “estimated balance” it returns is €175 — seventy-five euros less than you put in. Whatever the widget is doing, it is not modelling a return, and nobody checked it before the site went live.
The anti-scam page
Between FAQ and the sign-up button sits a menu item reading Anti-arnaque. A site on a national blacklist is publishing guidance on avoiding fraud.
It is not carelessness. A visitor who has been warned to check for scams finds the site apparently doing the checking for them, and that borrowed diligence is worth more than any claim the page could make about itself.

One website, four names
Cronetrium System is not a one-off. We found the same page running under four different brands: Cronetrium System, CorpaGenesis, OptiNova and Ambrielle Novairex. Same menu, same layout, same deposit calculator, and the same line of social proof — “Noté 4,7 étoiles par plus de 2 804 utilisateurs” — above the same three stock photographs of faces.
The four went onto the AMF blacklist on three different dates across three registrars. That is what a production line looks like: when one brand is listed, the next one is already registered.
What is not on the page
No company name. No registration number. No address. No regulator, no licence reference, and no statement of how many retail accounts lose money. The contact route is a form that asks for a name, an email and a French mobile number — which is the product. What is being collected is the lead, and the call comes later.
Check a trading site in two minutes
Search it on the AMF blacklist at amf-france.org and in the register at regafi.fr. Then look at the calculator: if a site shows you a future balance at all, it is already outside the rules that protect you, whatever number it lands on.
If you have already deposited
Stop sending money, including any “tax”, “release fee” or “compliance payment” demanded before a withdrawal — those requests are the scam continuing, not the end of it. Screenshot your account page, the deposit record and every message before anything changes. Tell your bank or card issuer at once and ask about a chargeback or a recall; the clock matters more than the amount. Then report it to the AMF at amf-france.org and to your own national regulator.
