The price that gives it away
The services page lists eight products in two columns. Analyse de Marché — in-depth market analysis. Conseils Personnalisés — bespoke guidance. Formation — educational sessions. Gestion de Portefeuille — investment strategy. Then Investissements Directs, Certifications, Audit and Services Consultatifs.
Each one is priced at $15.
Consider what that would mean if it were real. Managing someone’s portfolio and sending them one market note would cost the same. Certifying a professional and auditing an existing holding would cost the same. Fifteen dollars is not a price; it is a placeholder someone typed once and pasted eight times, and nobody came back to change it.

Under the heading Témoignages — Ce que nos clients disent de nous (“what our clients say about us”) there are two rows of five stars. There is no name, no date, and no sentence. The shape of social proof is there; the substance never was.
The experts with no names
The About section says CryptoBullBear was founded by experts in finance and blockchain, passionate about cryptocurrency and innovation, and that a dedicated team combines expertise and strategy. Not one person is named. In a regulated advisory firm the people who give investment advice are registered individuals you can look up, with a history you can check. Here they are an adjective.
Why the AMF listed it
Marketing crypto-asset investment services to French residents requires registration with the AMF. CryptoBullBear holds none, publishes no company and no licence number, and sells personalised advice and portfolio management — both regulated activities. That is what the 10 September 2026 entry records.
Check any advisory site in two minutes
Search the name on the AMF blacklist at amf-france.org and in the register at regafi.fr. Then look for one human being’s name and one company number on the site. If a firm asking to manage your money will not tell you who it is, you already have the answer.
If you have already deposited
Stop sending money, including any “tax”, “release fee” or “compliance payment” demanded before a withdrawal — those requests are the scam continuing, not the end of it. Screenshot your account page, the deposit record and every message before anything changes. Tell your bank or card issuer at once and ask about a chargeback or a recall; the clock matters more than the amount. Then report it to the AMF at amf-france.org and to your own national regulator.
Our view: CryptoBullBear prices eight different financial services identically at $15, shows testimonials with no words in them, names nobody, and sits on the French blacklist. Do not pay it anything.
