Kapee Capital Markets (kapeefx.com) presents itself as a forex broker offering “precision forex trading and institutional grade execution” on more than 100 currency pairs. It has a client login, a web trader, an IB programme and a money manager section. What it does not show is a financial licence. FastBull’s BrokersView scam database lists it as unregulated and high risk, with an entry dated 15 September 2026.

No national regulator has published a warning on Kapee that we could find, so we will be precise. This is not a regulator finding. It is a broker that takes deposits for leveraged trading without showing any licence that allows it to, and that an independent broker database flags as likely unlicensed.

Why a Saint Lucia company is not a licence
Saint Lucia lets anyone form an international business company quickly and cheaply. That company can exist legally without being allowed to hold client money for trading. Brokers registered this way often use the word regulation on their sites to blur the difference. If you trade with them and something goes wrong, there is no regulator to hear your complaint and no compensation scheme behind your balance.
Look also at the dates. The footer says 2024. The domain was registered in March 2026. And a broker that calls itself a forex specialist publishes a disclaimer covering securities, options and futures, products it does not appear to offer.

Three questions for any broker
- Ask any broker for its licence number and the regulator’s name.
- Check that number on the regulator’s own website.
- Start with an amount you can afford to lose, and test a withdrawal early.
