Verdict up front: HestiaInvest (hestiainvest.com) tells visitors it is “officially recognized by the Digital Crypto Finance Commission”. The Ontario Securities Commission put both HestiaInvest and that “commission” on its warning list in the same batch on 11 September 2026, and the UK FCA lists HestiaInvest as unauthorised. The certificate proves nothing. Do not open an account.

A certificate from a body that is itself flagged
The footer reads: “Hestia Invest, an internationally certified broker, is officially recognized by the Digital Crypto Finance Commission under certificate number DCC-715465408/78.”
There is no such statutory regulator. In the same Ontario Securities Commission release that named Hestia Invest, the OSC also named the “Digital Crypto Commission (aka Crypto Finance Commission)” at digitalcryptocommission.com. A broker and its “regulator” were warned about on the same day, by the same authority.
“Globally Licensed & Regulated” — by whom?
The home page lists “Globally Licensed & Regulated” as a reason to trust the firm, next to “0% Commission” and “324,978,126 trades opened at profit”. It never names a real regulator, a licence number you can check, a company number or an address.
A search of the UK FCA register returns one result for the name: “Hestiainvest / Hestia Invest — Unauthorised”. That is the FCA’s warning entry, not a licence.

Australian paperwork, no Australian licence
The risk warning tells readers to consider “our Product Disclosure Statement (PDS) and Financial Services Guide (FSG)”. Those are documents an Australian licensee must issue. HestiaInvest names no Australian Financial Services Licence to go with them.
Bonuses first
The top menu has a whole “Bonus Policy” section: No Deposit Bonus, Welcome Bonus, Insurance Bonus and Standard Bonus. Bonus terms are a classic way to block withdrawals — the balance cannot be taken out until an impossible trading volume is reached.

How to verify HestiaInvest in two minutes
Search the Financial Services Register at register.fca.org.uk for both “HestiaInvest” and hestiainvest.com — a licensed firm turns up under each. IOSCO’s I-SCAN list collects warnings from regulators worldwide in one search. A WHOIS or RDAP lookup on hestiainvest.com shows the registration date: 25 February 2022. The FCA register also lists “clone” warnings — check the web address on the entry, not just the name.
The verdict: HestiaInvest leans on a certificate from a body that Ontario’s regulator has also flagged, claims licences it cannot name, and pushes bonuses. Do not deposit.
