A guarantee no asset manager can give
Under the heading “Guaranteed Returns” the site says: “Over the years we have successfully made more than 5 billion dollars in profit. 100% guaranteed withdrawals.” Elsewhere it calls itself “a long-established asset management firm”.
Regulated asset managers are forbidden from guaranteeing returns, because they cannot. A “guaranteed” label on an investment is one of the most reliable signs of fraud.

A clone, according to Ireland’s regulator
The Central Bank of Ireland lists “SparkWealths (CLONE)” at this web address. A clone borrows the identity of a genuine or similar-sounding firm so that searches look reassuring. Any genuine firm with a similar name is not accused here.
The main page shows a scrolling crypto price ticker and a “Keep Reading” button rather than any regulated product information.
