KeenWave Capital Finance (keenwavecp.com) gives its address as 575 Fifth Avenue, 39th Floor, New York. It offers bank accounts, cards, loans and international transfers, and says it changed digital banking “more than ten years ago”. The UK Financial Conduct Authority has warned about it. The alert was shared on IOSCO’s international alerts network on 24 July 2026.

A New York bank must hold a state or federal charter, and its deposits are insured by the FDIC. Both can be checked online in a minute. KeenWave shows neither. It shows a famous street address and a phone field that tells you to be a VIP first.
One template, many banks
KeenWave is built from the same page as at least six other sites the FCA flagged in July 2026: nexusfinb, PrimeXInvestment, Unity Holdings Reserve, Guld Credit Investors, Noblepayz and EvolutPayPoints. They share the slogan about “humanizing digital banking”, the user count, the leftover “Stana Group” line and the 2022 rate table. The address is the main thing that changes.
Fake banks rarely find customers on their own. They are where victims of a romance or trading scam are sent to “collect” money that does not exist. The next message is always about a fee.
