BeaqonX scam broker warning

BeaqonX Scam — A Wall Street Address, Ontario Warns

Verdict up front: BeaqonX (beaqonx.net) offers crypto conversion and OTC “settlement assistance”, claiming that “for over a decade” it has helped clients convert digital assets. The Ontario Securities Commission warned about it on 6 April 2026. The domain was registered on 31 March 2025 — about eighteen months ago.

A decade on an 18-month-old site

“For over a decade” and “decades of experience” sit on a domain registered in March 2025, under a page title still reading “Mysite Copy” — a website-builder default.

‘Settlement assistance’

Conversion and settlement services are what victims are offered after a loss: pay a fee to convert or release a stuck balance. BeaqonX advertises “24/7 Support & Settlement Assistance” and $4.8 billion in conversion volume.

An MSB is not a licence

The footer says “Registered MSB with FinCEN: Registration No. 31000290339178”. A FinCEN money-services registration is a filing, not supervision, and gives no right to deal with Ontario investors.

A famous address

The office is given as the Trump Building, 40 Wall Street. Contact is otc@beaqonx.com — on a .com, while the site runs on .net.

⚠ Verified evidence

  • Ontario’s OSC warned about beaqonx.net on 6 April 2026.
  • “Over a decade” of experience; domain from 2025.
  • Page title “Mysite Copy”.
  • Relies on a FinCEN MSB filing, not a licence.

Paid BeaqonX — your next steps

  1. A withdrawal “fee” from BeaqonX is the next stage of the scam, not a step towards your money.
  2. Save the trail: payment receipts, wallet addresses, the BeaqonX dashboard screenshots and every chat.
  3. Card payment? Request a chargeback for “services not provided” as soon as possible.
  4. Capture the BeaqonX balance page and trade history today — these sites vanish.

Where BeaqonX should appear — and does not

Search the CSA national registration search at aretheyregistered.ca for both “BeaqonX” and beaqonx.net — a licensed firm turns up under each. Check whether the address on the site matches a real office in a map search. Check how old the address is too — beaqonx.net dates from 31 March 2025. The OSC’s investor warnings list sits alongside it.

The verdict: BeaqonX sells crypto settlement from a borrowed address and a template title, and Ontario’s OSC has warned about it. Do not send crypto.
