PrimeEquityMine scam broker warning

PrimeEquityMine Scam — A Dollar ISA, UK FCA Warns

Verdict up front: PrimeEquityMine (prime-equitymine.net) says “Your investment profit (ROI) is secured” and that “the Government lets you invest up to $20,000 each year tax-free in an ISA”. The UK FCA warned about it on 10 November 2025. The domain was registered on 8 April 2025 — about eighteen months ago.

Website prime-equitymine.net
Products Bitcoin and Dogecoin mining, forex, stocks, copy trading
Plans Bronze $1,000, Silver $5,000, Gold $10,000
Leverage Up to 1:500

Domain registered 8 April 2025 — about 18 months old

An ISA in the wrong currency

The UK ISA allowance is £20,000, and only approved ISA managers can offer one. PrimeEquityMine quotes it in dollars and is not on the FCA Register.

Blank numbers, big numbers

Counters read “£Bn+ active investments” and “M+ active accounts” with the figures missing, then “$562.9BN+ under management”.

One template, many names

The opening paragraph matches Standard FX Asset, PrimeFusionTrade and Ultimate Asset Limited word for word — all warned by the FCA. Even the typo “commisssion free investing” repeats.

Mining plus 1:500 leverage

Bitcoin and Dogecoin mining sit beside forex accounts at 1:500 leverage. The mix is a sales menu, not a business.

  • The UK FCA warned about prime-equitymine.net on 10 November 2025.

What to do after paying PrimeEquityMine

  1. Do not pay any “tax”, “unlock” or “verification” fee PrimeEquityMine asks for — those charges never release a balance.
  2. Ignore cold calls promising to get your PrimeEquityMine money back for a fee.
  3. If someone introduced you to PrimeEquityMine, let them know it is flagged.
  4. Card payment? Request a chargeback for “services not provided” as soon as possible.
  5. File a report with your local police or national fraud line and keep the reference number.
  6. Do not reply to new messages from PrimeEquityMine staff; block the numbers.

Where PrimeEquityMine should appear — and does not

Search the Financial Services Register at register.fca.org.uk for both “PrimeEquityMine” and prime-equitymine.net — a licensed firm turns up under each. IOSCO’s I-SCAN gathers warnings from many regulators in a single search box. Then compare the domain date (8 April 2025) with the history the site claims. The FCA register also lists “clone” warnings — check the web address on the entry, not just the name.

The verdict: PrimeEquityMine is one more copy of a reusable scam template, and the UK FCA has warned about it. Do not deposit.
