FiveTec Global Capital (fivetecglobalcapital.com) presents itself as “Engineered for Institutional Excellence in Forex Trading”, with MetaTrader 5, STP execution and managed accounts. The domain was registered on 26 October 2025. BrokersView flagged it on 17 June 2026.
Managed accounts need a licence
Managing other people’s money, or running copy-trading that places trades for them, is a regulated activity almost everywhere. A firm that offers it from a Saint Lucia shell, with no regulator and no audited results, leaves investors with nothing to enforce if the manager’s figures turn out to be invented.
- Ask which regulator authorises FiveTec to manage client funds.
- Ask for audited performance of the managed strategy.
- Ask where client money is held, and in whose name.
FiveTec also runs a partners section for introducers. Introducer schemes pay commission for every client brought in, which is why some people recommending a platform on social media or in chat groups are paid to do so. Ask anyone recommending FiveTec whether they earn from your deposit.
Institutional language, Saint Lucia registration
The legal note says: “Fivetec Global Capital Ltd. is incorporated in Saint Lucia with the registration number 2025-00726.” That is a company registration. Saint Lucia does not license or supervise forex brokers, and FiveTec names no financial regulator.
| FiveTec says | What that means |
|---|---|
| “Institutional-Grade” platform | No regulator, auditor or bank named |
| Copy trading and managed accounts | Profits “shared based on your investment”; no licence for managing money |
| No swaps for 7 days | A sales feature, not a protection |
| Saint Lucia company 2025-00726 | Incorporated in 2025, no financial licence |
Invested in a FiveTec managed account?
Keep the profit-share agreement if you have one.
Advice or no advice?
FiveTec’s restricted-jurisdictions note and its legal disclaimer say it does not provide financial or investment advice, while the same site sells managed accounts in which an expert trades for you and shares the profits. Those two statements do not fit together.
A licensed portfolio manager would publish its licence, its fee schedule and the risks of the strategy. If a FiveTec representative has offered to manage your money, ask for all three in writing before any transfer.
