PRP Life flagged by regulators

PRP Life Wealth Club Hides 15% a Month in a Review

PRP Life (prplife.com) invites you into its “Exclusive Wealth Club”, where membership “isn’t just a privilege”. It talks about retirement funds, pharmaceuticals, renewable energy and real estate. New Zealand’s Financial Markets Authority warned about the site on 28 October 2026, and the alert went out on IOSCO’s international alerts network.

PRP Life’s figures, side by side

Claim on prplife.com Amount
Commercial real estate income, 2020 £346 million
House flipping profit, 2020 £249 million
Raw land holdings Over £300 million
Fixed income portfolio, 2018 £500 million
Fixed income portfolio, end of 2022 £1.2 billion
Return quoted by a “client” “a minimum of 15% monthly”

A group with more than a billion pounds in bonds and hundreds of millions in property would file accounts, name its directors and list its regulator. PRP Life names no company, no registration number and no regulator. The two people quoted are introduced only as heads of a “Retirement and Pension Fund Division” and a “Pharmaceutical Division”, with no profile, photo link or record you can check.

The 15% a month clue

Most of the site sounds calm and grown up. One testimonial does not. “Marko Petrovic, satisfied client” says he is “earning a minimum of 15% monthly”. That is the real offer, tucked into a review so the main pages do not have to say it. Fifteen per cent a month, compounded, turns $1,000 into more than $5,000 in a year. Pension funds do not pay that, and a firm that did would not need a chat bubble to find investors.

The domain prplife.com was first registered in 2015, but that only tells you the address is old. The title bar still reads “PRP LIfe” with a capital I, and the site promises “honesty, integrity, and transparency” without telling you who owns it.

  1. Ask PRP Life for its company number and regulator in writing.
  2. Check any New Zealand offer on the FMA website.
  3. Do not pay a membership or upgrade fee.
