Maxluxury Marketing — flagged scam broker

Maxluxury Marketing — A Marketing Name Selling Trades

A company called Maxluxury Marketing should sell marketing. maxluxurymarketing.com sells CFD trading plans instead, with fixed percentages per trade. The UK FCA added the site to its warning list on 23 October 2026. The domain was registered on 12 June 2026.

The Premium plan sits in the middle

Plan Per trade Deposit
Beginner 16% $100–$25,000
Basic (Premium ribbon) 25% $3,000–$29,999
Standard 2.5% $25,000–$100,000
Business 3.1% $100,000–$1,000,000

The best rate, 25%, goes to the Basic plan, while depositors of $100,000 or more are offered 3.1%. No market produces that pattern. It is a sales ladder, designed to make the first $3,000 feel like the smart choice.

What the homepage leaves out

  • ✗ No regulator, licence or reference number.
  • ✗ No address, phone or email on the homepage.
  • ✗ “Operating under strict financial regulations” — none named.
  • ✗ “© 2026 Maxluxury Marketing.”

Three quick tests for any trading site

  1. Does the company name match the business? A marketing firm running a broker fails at once.
  2. Is there a regulator and a reference number you can check yourself? Here there is neither.
  3. Are returns fixed in advance? Fixed per-trade profits mean the trades are not real.

Maxluxury Marketing fails all three. The FCA warning, dated 23 October 2026, confirms it is not authorised to offer financial services in the UK.

The name and the product do not match because the site is a template dropped onto whatever domain was to hand. The layout, plan cards and “Globally Regulated” badge are identical to other warned sites, only recoloured orange.
