The cheapest plan costs $120,000
Keys Cap Inv (sc.apllcinv.icu) has no beginner plan. Its smallest product, SPOT, needs $120,000. Its logo reads “KEYSTONE Capital Partners”; the page title says Keys Cap Inv. The UK FCA warned about the site on 2 October 2026. The apllcinv.icu domain was registered on 30 July 2026.
| Plan | Per trade | Minimum | Maximum |
|---|---|---|---|
| SPOT | 4% | $120,000 | $200,000 |
| SPOT Pro | 7% | $210,000 | $300,000 |
| Smart Invest Plan | 20% | $310,000 | $500,000 |
| Retirement | 20% | $510,000 | $1,000,000 |
A “Retirement” plan with a $510,000 minimum is aimed at one kind of person: someone with a pension pot or a property sale to protect. These sites rarely start that high on a first call. Victims are usually brought up the ladder after weeks of small, “profitable” trades.
The domain tells its own story
- ✗ A .icu domain behind a sub-domain (“sc.”), not a company website.

- ✗ Phone 702-706-4466 and the same nine-office list as other warned sites.
- ✗ “Globally Regulated”, no regulator named.

Protecting a pension pot
- Never move retirement savings on the advice of someone who contacted you first.
- Check any firm on the FCA register and call it only on the number the register gives.
- In the UK, the free MoneyHelper pensions service can tell you whether an offer looks like a known scam.
- If money has already gone, contact your bank and Action Fraud the same day; delays make tracing harder.
