EmirFX — flagged scam broker

EmirFX — Regulated & Secure With No Regulator Named

EmirFX (fxemir.com), styled “EmirFX Markets”, sells forex, metals, indices, crypto and stock CFDs under the slogan “Trade Beyond Borders. Where Strategy Meets Structure”, set against an aerial view of Dubai’s Palm Jumeirah. The domain was registered on 28 October 2025. BrokersView flagged it on 4 June 2026.

Commission-free, except when it is not

Account Minimum deposit What the site says
Standard $50 “Commission-free trading”
PRO $1,000 Swap-free option
ECN $10,000 “$3 commission per round-turn”

The same page lists “Regulated & Secure” with “Segregated funds, negative balance protection on every book”, but no regulator, licence number, company number or address appears anywhere.

Where a Dubai broker should be licensed

EmirFX uses Dubai imagery throughout, but Dubai has two financial regulators for this kind of business: the DFSA in the DIFC and the SCA for the rest of the UAE. A broker genuinely based there would show one of those licences with a number you can look up.

EmirFX shows neither. It also offers an AI product and an Empire section in its menu, again without a regulator. If you trade with EmirFX, keep copies of your statements and of the inactivity terms, because those terms can be changed at any time by a firm that answers to no one.

A fee to restore an archived account is a way to charge clients who stop trading, often the ones trying to leave. Combined with claims of “0.03ms” average latency and “No slippage games”, it describes a firm writing its own rules with no regulator to check them.

The Standard account opens at just $50, a low first step that brings in new clients. Higher tiers jump to $1,000 and $10,000. On unlicensed platforms the gap between the first deposit and the next tier is where account managers do most of their work, with bonuses, deadlines and promises of better execution for bigger balances.
