Brantone Veylor flagged by regulators

Brantone Veylor Advises US Investors With No Registration

Brantone Veylor (brantone.com) describes itself as an “Investment advisor for US persons”. It offers wealth management, asset allocation and an “Institutional Trading Platform”, and it even runs its own “Security Alert” page warning about fraud. Romania’s Financial Supervisory Authority, the ASF, has warned the public about it. The alert was shared on IOSCO’s international alerts network on 26 August 2026.

A fraud warning on a flagged site

It may seem strange that Brantone Veylor has its own security alert page. It is not strange at all. Scam sites copy the language of careful firms because it makes them look careful too. A page that tells you to “watch out for fraudsters using our name” also tells you to trust only the people on this domain, which is the domain the regulator is warning about.

An adviser serving US persons must be registered with the SEC or a state, and its Form ADV is public on the SEC’s adviser search. Brantone Veylor gives no CRD number, no SEC file number and no state registration. A Romanian regulator warning about a firm that targets Americans tells you the operation is aimed across borders, far from where its victims live.
