EvolutPayPoints (evolutpaypoints.com) calls itself one of the largest digital banking providers, with “18.5M+ Active Users”, real time transfers, credit cards and loans. The UK Financial Conduct Authority has put it on its warning list, and IOSCO shared the alert on 24 July 2026. The domain was registered on 11 July 2025.

The blog is older than the domain by more than three years. The rate provider is a different company. The email box holds no email. Each of these is a small gap. Together they show a site copied from a kit and launched without anyone checking it.

A testimonial that gives the game away

One review on the page thanks the bank for cancelling a card “after every late payment” and for a cash account “with withdrawal fees”. It reads like a real complaint about a high street bank, pasted in as praise. The same review appears on Noblepayz, nexusfinb and others in this family.

The name itself is worth a second look. EvolutPayPoints sounds close to well known payment apps. That is a common trick: a familiar sounding name lowers your guard before you have read a single line.

1. Search the exact name on the FCA register and on the FCA warning list.
2. If someone says your funds are waiting at EvolutPayPoints, do not pay to release them.
3. Report the site and the contact to Action Fraud.
