Verdict up front: Quanta Exchange (quantacfd.com, which now forwards to quantabroker.com) sells perpetual futures and prediction markets as “One Trusted Platform, Multiple Ways To Invest”. Cyprus’s regulator, CySEC, warned about quantacfd.com on 24 August 2026. That domain was registered on 15 April 2026.
| Warned website | quantacfd.com (forwards to quantabroker.com) |
|---|---|
| Products | Perpetuals, prediction markets, forex, stocks, crypto, venture capital |
| Return tiles | BTC 1 week +324.5%; NVIDIA 1 week +210.3% |
| Claim | “Founded in 2021… a globally operating, regulated online trading platform” |
| Warning | CySEC (Cyprus), 24 August 2026 |
| Domain registered | 15 April 2026 — under 6 months old |
Returns that never happened
The homepage shows “BTC — 1 week — +324.5%”, “NVIDIA — 1 week — +210.3%” and “GOLD — 2 weeks — +76.78%”. Bitcoin did not more than quadruple in a week. These are invented figures, placed where a real broker shows live prices.

Regulated by whom?
“Founded in 2021, we are a globally operating, regulated online trading platform.” No regulator or licence is named. The domain CySEC warned about was registered in April 2026, and it now redirects to yet another address.
Promo codes and referral codes
The registration form asks for a Referral code and a Promo code alongside your password. Referral codes tie your deposit to whoever recruited you; promo codes usually attach a bonus that blocks withdrawals.
Prediction markets and venture capital
Bets on Fed rate cuts, perpetual futures and “early-stage investment opportunities in promising startups” are three very different regulated activities. Bundling them on one unlicensed site is a sign that the products are only screens.

Your own check on Quanta Exchange
Go to CySEC’s list of regulated entities at cysec.gov.cy. Enter its web address first, then the trading name “Quanta Exchange”. Many clones copy a real CySEC number — the entry’s website must match exactly. Check how old the address is too — its web address dates from 15 April 2026. A match on name alone is not enough — the website on the entry must be its web address.
Lost money with Quanta Exchange?
