Free is the business model, not the price

Nothing here has a price tag, which is precisely what should slow a reader down. Education operations of this shape do not earn from teaching. They earn from where the students are sent afterwards — a broker referral that pays per funded account, a paid tier once trust is established, or a fund the “analyst” manages personally. The free tier is the acquisition cost.

What “1v1 personalised investment advice” means legally
In France, in the EU, in the UK, in Hong Kong, in Singapore and in Taiwan, giving individual investment recommendations to retail clients is a licensed activity. Not general education — that is free speech — but advice tailored to one person’s circumstances, which is exactly what 個人化投資建議 describes. The licence exists so that the adviser carries duties: suitability, disclosure of conflicts, and liability when they are breached.
An unlicensed adviser carries none of those. If the call is wrong, there is no complaint to make.
