The oldest pitch there is
The homepage reads: “Stratégies d’Investissement — Découvrez des opportunités d’investissement habituellement réservées aux acteurs les plus privilégiés du marché.” Discover investment opportunities usually reserved for the market’s most privileged players.
This sentence does a specific job. It explains, in advance, why you have never heard of any of this and why you will not find it anywhere else — and it flatters you for being let in. The absence of verifiable detail is converted from a warning sign into the very thing you are buying.
Genuinely restricted investments do exist. They are restricted by law, to investors who meet published financial tests, through firms that hold a licence and say so. They are not advertised on an open web page to whoever arrives.

Club, training, opportunity
The site sells three things at once: a community, an education programme, and access to deals. That combination is worth noticing, because it lets the operator move the value between them. If the deals disappoint, you were buying the training. If the training disappoints, you were buying the network. The only thing consistently transferred is the fee.
What the AMF list means here
France’s blacklist records entities offering investment products or services to French residents without the authorisation the law requires. Being on it is not a verdict on any individual client’s experience; it means the regulator looked for an authorisation and did not find one, so nobody you could complain to is supervising this.
The practical consequence
With an authorised firm there is a regulator, a complaints route, a mediator, and rules about how client money is held. With an unauthorised one there is a website and an email address, and if either stops working there is no next step.
Check a “club” in two minutes
Search the AMF blacklist at amf-france.org and the register at regafi.fr. Then ask one question in writing: what is the legal entity that receives my money, and what is its registration number? A club that will not answer that is not selling access. It is selling the feeling of access.
If you have already deposited
Stop sending money, including any “tax”, “release fee” or “compliance payment” demanded before a withdrawal — those requests are the scam continuing, not the end of it. Screenshot your account page, the deposit record and every message before anything changes. Tell your bank or card issuer at once and ask about a chargeback or a recall; the clock matters more than the amount. Then report it to the AMF at amf-france.org and to your own national regulator.
Our view: Exaku Business Club sells exclusivity with no named opportunity, no company and no licence, and it is on the French blacklist. Do not pay for membership.
