World Fortress Investment (worldfortressinvestment.com) closes its homepage with a question: “Are You Ready To Enter The World Of Investing In Cryptocurrencies And Become A Millionaire Without The Risk Of Losing Money?” New Zealand’s FMA has warned about the site (IOSCO I-SCAN, checked 20 October 2026). Domain registered 12 March 2026.
The plans, in numbers
| Plan | Daily return | Days | Minimum | Total promised* |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| 1 | 2.5% | 5 | $100 | 12.5% |
| 2 | 3% | 5 | $15,000 | 15% |
| 3 | 3.5% | 5 | $30,000 | 17.5% |
| 4 | 4% | 15 | $50,000 | 60% |
| 5 | 5% | 20 | $100,000 | 100% |
*Simple total over the plan term, as advertised, plus “Capital Return: Yes”.
Plan 5 doubles $100,000 in twenty days and gives the $100,000 back as well. The page also says it “offers 4 investment plans” directly beneath five plan cards.

Claims vs what we could check
| Claim on the site | What we found |
|---|---|
| “Capital of £10,000,000” | No company name or number to look up |
| “Legal registered company” | Registered where, and as what, is never stated |
| Supported by Investitionsbank Berlin’s Pro FIT programme and EU EFRE funds | Generic boilerplate; no project or grant reference |
| “We are the only ones who guarantee the return of capital” | Guarantees on investment returns are a hallmark of fraud |
| Regulated status | FMA (New Zealand) warning; domain from March 2026 |
An EU grant badge on a crypto plan site
The footer says the site is “supported by the Pro FIT-Program of Investitionsbank Berlin” to build “a prediction tool for blockchain transaction fees”, co-financed by the European Fund for Regional Development. A public research grant has nothing to do with guaranteeing anyone’s deposit, and the paragraph names no project, company or grant number.
⚠ Data points

- Up to 5% a day, with capital “returned”.

What to do
New Zealand residents can check any provider on the FMA’s warnings list and the Financial Service Providers Register. Everyone else: check your own regulator. If you have deposited, contact your bank, keep plan screenshots, and report the site to the FMA and police.
Conclusion: no investment is risk-free, and none pays 5% a day. World Fortress Investment is not safe.
