Verdict up front: Trading Time (cyber-bot.nl) is a Russian-language site on a Dutch domain with a simple promise: “The robot trades — you earn!” It offers free automated FOREX robots, with applications taken only through Telegram. Ukraine’s National Securities and Stock Market Commission warned about it on 11 May 2026. The domain was registered on 13 May 2024.

Free robot, paid broker
The robots are offered “free”: get one by e-mail, connect it, test it. A free robot needs a trading account to run on. The operator chooses that account — usually an unlicensed broker that pays them for every depositor they bring.

‘The most aggressive robot!’
One product, Profit Hunter, is advertised as “the most aggressive robot”. In trading, aggressive means larger positions and faster losses. It is sold as a feature because the operator does not carry the risk — you do.
Everything through Telegram
The only way in is “Application in Telegram”. Moving a sale into a private chat removes it from any public record. Telegram contacts can vanish, rename themselves or block you the moment you ask for a withdrawal.
Watch your investments grow
“See how your investments grow”, says the site. A robot’s results on a dashboard you do not control prove nothing. Ukraine’s regulator has warned that this operation is not licensed to offer investment services.

Where Trading Time should appear — and does not
Search the NSSMC register of licensed professional participants for both “Trading Time” and cyber-bot.nl — a licensed firm turns up under each. Search the name with the words “warning” and “reviews” too — victims often post first. Check how old the address is too — cyber-bot.nl dates from 13 May 2024. Its warnings are also on IOSCO I-SCAN.
The verdict: Trading Time gives away robots to collect deposits for someone else, through a chat app. Do not connect an account.
