Trade Suite — flagged scam broker

Trade Suite — 15 Years of Excellence From a 2023 LLC

Trade Suite (tradesuit.net, without the final E) markets CFDs “on thousands of instruments in 6 asset classes” under the headline “Start trading with LOW SPREADS”. The domain was registered on 27 February 2026. BrokersView flagged it on 29 June 2026.

Fifteen years of a three-year-old company

The homepage says: “With 15+ years of excellence and innovation, we provide”. The footer names the operator: “Managed by: ZERMATT GROUP LLC”, Suite 305, Griffith Corporate Centre, Beachmont, Kingstown, St. Vincent and the Grenadines, “Registration No: 2828 LLC 2023”. A company registered in 2023 cannot have fifteen years of excellence.

What Trade Suite would need to show

Trade Suite shows live-looking currency prices and device mock-ups, and its main buttons invite you to start trading or open a demo. None of that requires a licence to build.

What a real broker shows is harder to fake: a regulator, a licence number, a named legal entity in the same country as the regulator, audited accounts and a complaints procedure. Trade Suite shows only the entity and the registered-agent address. Before trusting any platform run from St. Vincent, look for an additional licence from a recognised regulator.

Why St. Vincent matters

The Financial Services Authority of St. Vincent and the Grenadines has stated publicly that it does not license or supervise forex trading companies. Registering an LLC there takes days and brings no oversight of how client money is handled. That address, at Griffith Corporate Centre, is a registered-agent office shared by many companies.

Trade Suite publishes no phone number and no email address. If your withdrawal stalls, there is no regulator to complain to and no one at the address to receive a letter.
