This is advice, whatever it is called
The listing is specific about what arrives: “Each signal includes a clear BUY or SELL direction, Entry Price, up to 3 Take Profit levels, and a Stop Loss price.” Across forex, commodities, indices and cryptocurrency.
That is not market commentary or education. Telling someone to buy a named instrument at a named price is an investment recommendation, and in most major jurisdictions issuing them to retail clients for payment is a regulated activity. The licence brings obligations: competence requirements, conflict disclosure, record-keeping, and liability when the rules are broken.
None of that is on offer here. What is on offer is the recommendation itself, stripped of everything that makes a recommendation accountable.

The missing track record

This listing publishes no record at all. Not a bad record; none. In a business where the product is predictive accuracy, declining to show accuracy is the finding.
The fifteen-day trial
A screenshot reads “You got 15 days FREE TRIAL of our premium service. Enjoy signals and happy trading!” Two weeks is long enough to build a habit and short enough that most users never test the calls across a losing run. The subscription then renews through Google Play, which is at least a channel with a refund route — worth remembering, because it is the only consumer protection in this transaction.
Who carries the loss
You do, entirely. If a call goes wrong there is no adviser to complain to, no regulator with jurisdiction, no ombudsman and no compensation scheme. The publisher’s revenue is the subscription; it is unaffected by whether the signals work. That asymmetry is the whole business model.
Check a signals service in one minute
Ask for the verified track record, the name of the person issuing the calls, and the licence they hold. Three questions. A provider worth paying answers all three in a sentence each.
If you have already paid
Cancel the subscription in Google Play under Payments & subscriptions — not inside the app, where cancelling often does nothing. Request a refund through Google Play while the charge is recent. Screenshot your balance, the withdrawal screen and every purchase before anything changes. If you handed over exchange API keys, delete them in your exchange account now and create new ones. Then report it at IC3.gov, or to Action Fraud in the UK.
