Brandon & Khor Limited (brandonkhorlimited.com, 布蘭登和郭有限公司) presents itself as an independent Hong Kong financial group “founded in 2000” and “fully authorised in Hong Kong”. Hong Kong’s Securities and Futures Commission (SFC) disagrees: it added Brandon & Khor Limited to its alert list as an unlicensed entity on 16 October 2026. The domain was registered on 6 May 2022.

The licence types are real categories under Hong Kong law, which is exactly why they are quoted: they make the page sound official. The site even calls itself a “qualified sponsor for listed companies”. Anyone can check those claims on the SFC public register in a minute; the firm is not there.
A company with an identical twin
Open bernardshawlimited.com, the site of “Bernard & Shaw Limited”, and you will find the same page: the same “founded in 2000” story, the same four licence types, the same four photos, the same news headlines about the eurozone and German banks, and the same menu with an “About Bitcoin” (關於比特币) link. Only the logo and the name change. The SFC placed bernardshawlimited.com on its list of suspicious websites on 5 October 2026.
