A regulator in the wrong country
Under “Legal Compliance” the site says: “We are legal and recognized, regulated by the FCA, USA.” The FCA is the United Kingdom’s regulator. It does not license firms in the USA, and no FCA reference number appears anywhere on the site.

Big minimums, weekly returns
The cheapest plan starts at $10,000. The “Premium ETH” plan starts at $100,000. All three promise a fixed “profit for every week” of 5% or 7% — up to 364% a year before compounding. A broker earns from spreads and commissions; it does not pay you a guaranteed weekly percentage.
A history that doesn’t fit
The footer reads “© Copyright 2015 – 2024 Astroprofitunion”. The page title says the firm has been around “for more than 20years”. The domain was registered in November 2024.
One template, many names
The same template — “Award-winning global forex and crypto broker”, “Make profits while you sleep with our AI trading and investment plans”, a title claiming “more than 20years” in business — runs on astroprofitunion.com, capitalprimeoptions.com, ultradominionoptionz.com, wealth-waveasset.com, encryptxspace.com and marathonexpertxtips.com. New Zealand’s FMA warned about all of them on 31 July 2026.
