Binolla (binolla.com) sells digital options under the title “High-Return Investments”. Its legal line says the operator, ZEN E-WAY LTD, was registered in Saint Lucia in 2026 (number 2026-00105), and is “authorized and regulated” by the Mwali International Services Authority under licence T2023319.

A client locked out

A Binolla user reported in September 2024 that the login page kept returning “incorrect username or password” and that support did not answer by email or any other channel. Being locked out of an options account is not a technical nuisance: it means the client can no longer see, close or withdraw positions.

If you cannot log in to Binolla, try the password reset once and save the result. Then write to support from the email address on the account, give your account ID, and ask for a statement of your balance. Keep every reply. A platform that will not confirm a balance in writing should not receive any further deposits.
