Trade Market Options LTD says it “is regulated by the world’s biggest supervision authorities, including the Financial Conduct Authority”. Germany’s BaFin disagreed on 14 October 2026, warning that trademarketoptionsltd.com offers financial services without authorisation. The domain was registered on 31 July 2024.
An FCA claim with no FCA number
Every UK-authorised firm has a Firm Reference Number. Trade Market Options gives none; its only evidence is a “Company Certificate” link. The site calls itself “a global, 5 star rated broker” with “2100+ instruments” and “450,000+ customers”, while its live counters show “0 +”.
| Claim | Problem |
|---|---|
| “Trusted for more than 7 years” | Elsewhere: a track record “over the last 4 years” |
| Awards from Jordan Forex EXPO 2015 and Forex EXPO Dubai 2017 | Older than the 2024 domain |
| “get paid immediately you request for a withdrawal” | Footer warns of “losses that exceed your deposits” |
| FCA regulation | No reference number; BaFin warning instead |
“Earn passively and get paid immediately you request for a withdrawal.”
Passive earnings and instant withdrawals are not features of a CFD broker; they are the language of an investment scheme. The site shares its “Sovereign” history text and wording with other sites in the same BaFin warning.
Finding the truth in two minutes
- Search “Trade Market Options” on the FCA register: there is no authorised firm with this website.
- Search BaFin’s consumer warnings: the site appears in the 14 October 2026 notice.
- Check the domain’s age with any WHOIS or RDAP service: July 2024, not 2015.
Any one of those checks is enough to walk away.
