Finet Capital names the UK, Cyprus and US regulators. The UK one answered: the FCA placed finetcapitals.com on its warning list in late September 2026. The domain was registered on 28 July 2026 — under three months ago.

Checking three regulators in five minutes
The FCA register, the CySEC register and the SEC’s own search are all free and public. A firm regulated by all three would appear on each under its own name. Finet Capital gives no name to search, and the FCA lists it as a warning instead.
