Verdict up front: iGeniusFX (igeniusfx.com) sells an “autonomous AI trading & forex ecosystem” with “daily ROI earnings (0.50% – 1.00%)” and “20-level generational rewards”, paid in USDT. Spain’s CNMV warned about IGENIUSFX on 14 July 2025. The current domain was registered on 11 September 2026 — three weeks ago.

| Return claim | 0.50%–1.00% daily ROI |
| Package cap | “Guaranteed capping limits (200% to 300%)” |
| Network | Unilevel commissions across 20 generations, “ROI-on-ROI” |
| Warning | CNMV (Spain), 14 July 2025 |
| Domain registered | 11 September 2026 — after the warning |
1% a day is 365% a year
Even the low end, 0.5% a day, is over 180% a year. No trading strategy produces that consistently. Fixed daily returns are paid from new members’ deposits, which is why they stop when recruitment slows.

Commissions on other people’s returns
“20-Level Network Rewards — earn unilevel ROI-on-ROI commissions.” You are paid a share of the returns of people you recruit, and of the people they recruit, twenty levels deep. That is the structure of a Ponzi scheme with a multi-level marketing plan on top.
‘Guaranteed’ caps of 200% to 300%
Each package promises “guaranteed capping limits (200% to 300%)”. A guarantee needs someone with the money to honour it. There is no company, licence or auditor named — only a Plan PDF, a Compensation Plan page and a USDT TRC20 wallet.
A new domain after the warning
The CNMV warned about IGENIUSFX in July 2025. The igeniusfx.com domain was registered in September 2026. Schemes of this kind often move to new addresses when warnings spread.

If money has gone to iGeniusFX
- A withdrawal “fee” from iGeniusFX is the next stage of the scam, not a step towards your money.

- Phone your bank or card issuer and ask about a chargeback or a recall of the transfer.
- Do not reply to new messages from iGeniusFX staff; block the numbers.
How to verify iGeniusFX in two minutes
Search the CNMV’s registered-entities search at cnmv.es for both “iGeniusFX” and igeniusfx.com — a licensed firm turns up under each. No result, or a result with a different website, means no licence for this site. Check how old the address is too — igeniusfx.com dates from 11 September 2026 after the warning. The CNMV publishes its warnings in Spanish under “advertencias” — search the domain there too.
The verdict: iGeniusFX pays daily returns and recruitment commissions that only new deposits can fund. Do not join or recruit.
