Verdict up front: Bitcoin Hyper (bitcoinhyper.com) runs a token presale for $HYPER, “the fastest Bitcoin Layer 2”, showing $31.7 million raised, “35% staking rewards” and a countdown to the next price rise. Spain’s CNMV warned about it on 20 January 2026. The domain was first registered in February 2018.

A countdown that keeps you buying
A timer reads “00 days 07 hours 13 minutes” “until price rise”. Presale sites use rolling countdowns and price steps to push buyers to act before the next increase. There is no exchange listing yet, so the only buyer of your tokens is the presale itself.

35% staking
“35% staking rewards” is paid in the same token being sold. Rewards in a token with no market are numbers on a dashboard; they are only worth something if a market later appears and holds the price.
A live feed of buyers
A ticker shows wallets that “bought 60.7K $HYPER worth $830.97” and a badge says “13 buyers joined in the last 24 hours”. Purchase feeds are part of the presale software and are used to create momentum.
What the CNMV warning means
Spain’s regulator lists firms offering investments without authorisation. The site’s privacy banner says it is operated by the “Bitcoin Hyper Team” and developed by a payments provider — not a named, licensed company.

Lost money with Bitcoin Hyper?
- Stop all further deposits to Bitcoin Hyper, whatever the account manager promises.
- Card payment? Request a chargeback for “services not provided” as soon as possible.
- Crypto transfers: give the exchange you used the receiving address and the TXID so it can be flagged.
- Treat any “recovery agent” who contacts you about Bitcoin Hyper as a second scam if they want money first.
The verdict: Bitcoin Hyper sells a token with no market behind a countdown clock, and Spain’s regulator has warned about it. Do not buy into the presale.
