Esperio (esperio.org) is a forex and CFD broker with MT4 and MT5 web terminals, a loyalty programme and a promise that profits reach your account within one day. Its footer says the operator, OFG Cap. LLC, is authorised by the Financial Services Authority of Saint Vincent and the Grenadines. Spain’s CNMV warned about Esperio, and the warning was republished by Estonia’s supervisor on 14 July 2026.
Why the bonus menu matters
Esperio offers several bonus schemes with names like Extra Empower and Double Empower, plus a cashback option and something called Double deal. A trading bonus sounds generous. In practice it usually comes with a trading volume requirement, and until you meet it you cannot withdraw. European regulators banned these bonuses for retail clients for exactly that reason.
The site also lists a programme paying 2% per month, 24% per year. A broker that executes your trades does not need to promise you a fixed monthly return. When it does, ask what it is doing with your money in the meantime.
Before you deposit with an offshore broker
- Check the regulator it names actually licenses brokers.
- Read the bonus terms for volume or lock up rules.
- Test a small withdrawal first.
- Look the brand up on your own regulator’s warning list.

Saint Vincent and the Grenadines is a popular place to register a broker for one reason. Its financial regulator has stated publicly that it does not license or supervise forex brokers. A company there can be properly incorporated and still have no one checking how it handles client money.
