Chainexelonfin is a crypto investment site at chainexelonfin.it that CONSOB has named as an unauthorised operator in Italy. When we reviewed it the site was running behind a Cloudflare browser check, a common barrier these platforms raise to keep review tools out.
The CONSOB warning
On 29 October 2026 CONSOB listed Chainexelonfin among operators providing financial services without authorisation and ordered the site blocked. A blockchain flavoured name adds nothing to safety. Without a licence there is no oversight of client funds and no way to force a refund.
Domain and access notes
Chainexelonfin uses a .it domain whose registration date the Italian registry keeps private, but the brand is recent and exists only to run this scheme. The site was live behind a Cloudflare gate when we checked, not a dead address, so it was still operating at the time of the warning.
