Kixy runs its client area at area.kixyplus.com. Open it from the wrong place and you get a red notice: access from your current location is restricted, login from your country is not allowed, please contact support at support@kixy-ltd.com. Australia’s regulator ASIC put Kixy on its investor alert list, shared through IOSCO’s I-SCAN on 19 October 2026.

Two domains, neither one a real website

The brand has no public home page at all. The main domain does not even load, and the support email sits on a second domain that also does not load. All that works is the login area, which decides who may see it based on where they connect from.

Why a location block is a warning sign

A licensed broker tells you which countries it serves and why, usually in its terms and on its regulator’s register. Kixy simply shuts the door, and the IP address of the visitor decides. That keeps regulators and journalists out while the people being worked on by a sales agent can still log in.

1. Kixy names no company, licence or address.
2. Its own support domain is dead.
3. ASIC lists it as a platform Australians should avoid.

If someone guided you into Kixy, stop deposits and do not install any remote access app they suggest. Keep every transfer record and report the platform to your bank and to ASIC or your local regulator.

Kixy also gives you nothing to check. There is no legal entity to look up and no regulator number to search. The only contact is an email address on a domain that does not exist, so a complaint has nowhere to go.
