A 2020 date on a 2025 company
“As at 30 June 2020” is the kind of footnote that appears in a global fund manager’s annual figures. On Acre Legacy it sits inside a template used by several FCA-flagged sites. A global firm with 40 locations does not take calls on a mobile phone.
⚠ Data points
- FCA warning.
- “WE TRADE, YOU PROFIT” with insured capital promised.
- Copied statistics dated 2020.
- Domain registered 25 March 2025.
What to do next
Do not pay into a new package to unlock an old one. Ask your bank to look at your transfers, report to the FCA and Action Fraud, and keep the caller’s number.
Conclusion: borrowed statistics, a mobile phone line and a false FCA claim. Acre Legacy should be avoided.
Data checked 20 October 2026: FCA warning via IOSCO I-SCAN; RDAP for acrelegacy.com; live homepage and contact block. A regulator warning is not a conviction. Not financial advice.
