Ester Holdings (esterholdings.com) presents itself as a multi-asset trading platform: “Trade 10 asset classes from one margin account”, from FX and crypto to metals and indices. Traders who dealt with it describe something else: a copy-trading arrangement tied to RoFx, a managed-account service that collapsed in 2021.
Ester Holdings in the records
| Operator | Ester Holdings Ltd., Saint Lucia, registered number 2023-00477 |
|---|---|
| Address | Ground Floor, The Sotheby Building, Rodney Village, Rodney Bay, Gros-Islet |
| Licence shown | None — a company number only |
| Domain first registered | 9 July 2015 |
A Saint Lucia company number shows the firm was incorporated, nothing more. Saint Lucia does not license forex brokers. The same Sotheby Building address appears on several other trading brands we reviewed this month, including ProMax and No Limit Markets.
Before you copy any Ester Holdings trade
- Ask Ester Holdings for a statement of every trade it says it made, with ticket numbers and the time each order was placed.
- Compare those times with the date you first saw the results.
- If the report arrived after the market had already moved, the trades could have been chosen with hindsight.
- Do not deposit to copy any result you cannot verify in advance.
What one trader documented
In a complaint filed in March 2021, a trader wrote that Ester’s own support team sent daily trade reports that matched RoFx’s results trade for trade. He was offered those same trades on his MT4 account if he deposited $14,000. His conclusion: the “results” were produced after the fact, a day later, to look like real performance.

The numbers behind the pitch
| Claim or fact | What it means for a client |
|---|---|
| “10 asset classes from one margin account” | Leverage on everything, no supervisor named |
| $14,000 deposit to copy trades | Entry ticket reported by one client |
| Same daily trades as RoFx | Results that could be written after the market closes |
| Saint Lucia company number | Incorporation, not a licence |
Copy-trading offers are an easy way to make fake performance look real. A copied trade history can be produced after the market has moved, so every “signal” looks well timed. The test is simple: ask for a regulator-audited track record before you deposit. Ester Holdings shows none.
⚠ Ester Holdings at a glance
