DPI Investment — 13 Years Claimed, FINMA Warns

DPI Investment (dpi-investment.com) offers “Consulting and Investment”, portfolio management and real-estate investing, and says it has “13+ Years experience”. Switzerland’s regulator FINMA has warned about the site (IOSCO I-SCAN, checked 21 October 2026). The domain was registered on 7 February 2025.

What the homepage states

“13+ Years experience” Domain is 20 months old; no founding date given
“4K+” Not explained
“250+ Investment” No project or fund named
Regulator None named; FINMA warning

Three promises, no detail

  1. “Portfolio management” — in Switzerland this needs FINMA authorisation; FINMA has issued a warning instead.
  2. “Maximizing returns while minimizing risk” — no strategy, fund or track record is shown.
  3. “Real Estate Invest” — no property, project or investment vehicle is named.

Thin sites like this are often used as a “home page” for an advisor who makes contact by phone or social media. The website exists to be checked, so that it looks real when you do.

⚠ Data points

  • FINMA warning, IOSCO I-SCAN.
  • Claims 13+ years; domain from February 2025.
  • No company, licence or named people.
  • Portfolio management offered without authorisation.

Questions to ask before investing

Ask DPI Investment for its FINMA authorisation or the name of the supervisory organisation it belongs to, its commercial register entry, its audit firm and the bank that would hold your assets. Check each answer yourself, using contact details from official registers rather than from the website. FINMA’s warning means the authority has concerns about this site; an authorised firm would not need to avoid these questions.
