Phoenixxstocks — flagged scam broker

Phoenixxstocks — Quieter Promises, Same FCA Warning

Most sites on this broker template shout. Phoenixxstocks (phoenixxstocks.com) whispers: its plans pay 0.67% to 1.17% per trade. That is the believable version of the same offer. The UK FCA has warned about the site (IOSCO I-SCAN, checked 21 October 2026). Domain registered 12 April 2026.

The plans, in numbers — Phoenixxstocks

Plan Per trade Min Max
Starter 0.67% $1,000 $4,000
Bronze 0.83% $5,000 $9,000
Silver 1.03% $10,000 $15,000
Gold 1.03% $20,000 $30,000
Platinum 1.07% $35,000 $45,000
Diamond 1.17% $50,000 $100,000

Silver and Gold pay exactly the same rate, though Gold needs twice the money. Gaps sit between every tier: nothing between $4,000 and $5,000, or $15,000 and $20,000. And because no plan says how many trades happen a day, 1% “per trade” can mean anything.

Why smaller numbers can be more dangerous

Sites on this template that promise 150% per trade lose cautious visitors at once. A rate of about 1% per trade sounds like a modest professional product. But with no limit on how many “trades” happen, a dashboard can still show money growing fast — and every plan here starts at $1,000 or more, higher than most of its siblings. The result is the same: a balance that exists only on screen.
