Profit AI Trading Bot by Risen Tech LLC on Google Play, flagged by AEDFIX

Risen Tech LLC — Two Bots, One Unrated

Verdict up front: Risen Tech LLC publishes two automated trading apps on Google Play. Together they have around two thousand downloads. One has 138 reviews. The other has no rating at all. Both carry advertising, and neither names a country, a licence or a person.

Listing facts — checked 25 September 2026

  • Developer: Risen Tech LLC
  • App one: Profit AI Trading Bot (com.stockmarket.profitai.aitradingbot), 1,000 plus downloads, 4.7 stars from 138 reviews
  • App two: Auto Trading Profit Bot (com.autotrading.profitbot.stockmarkettoday), 1,000 plus downloads, no rating recorded
  • Monetisation: Both apps carry advertising
  • Corporate detail: LLC in the name, with no jurisdiction, registration number or address published
  • Regulator: No licence or regulator named in either listing

An app with no rating at all

Auto Trading Profit Bot has passed a thousand installs and has no star rating. Google Play shows a rating once an app has enough ratings to display one, so an app can reach that install band with almost nobody rating it.

For most categories that is unremarkable. For an automated trading app it is the single most useful thing on the page, because it means there is no reported experience at all. Nobody has run it, formed a view and said so publicly.

It is worth being precise about what that does and does not prove. It is not evidence of harm. It is the absence of evidence of anything, and for software that is supposed to trade on your behalf, that absence is the finding. You would be among the first to report back.

Two apps, and the writing gives it away

The two listings read very differently. Auto Trading Profit Bot opens with a passage about how modern market trading dynamics demand speed and consistency that traditional manual observation rarely achieves, and how a dedicated bot ensures every price movement is analysed with mathematical precision, removing the pitfalls of emotional decision-making.

That is fluent, confident, and says nothing that could be checked. It names no market, no instrument, no strategy, no broker and no result. It is the kind of general-purpose copy that could sit on any trading product without alteration.

The sibling app’s description is a feature list of the same shape: intelligent AI trading system, automated bot trading experience, live price tracking, professional charts. Between two apps from one publisher there is not one number, one named market, or one statement that could later be shown to have been false.

LLC without a jurisdiction

Risen Tech LLC uses a corporate suffix. LLC implies a registered limited liability company, which implies a country of registration, a company number, a registered office and, in many places, public filings.

None of that appears. No jurisdiction is stated, no number is given, no address is published and no individual is named. Searching the name does not resolve it to a filed entity we could identify.

This pattern recurs throughout this category and it is worth recognising as a pattern rather than a detail. Inc, Ltd and LLC in a developer name cost nothing to type and are not verified by the store. They are typography. A real company proves itself with a number you can look up, not a suffix.

Advertising is the business model

Both apps carry advertising, and that is the thing to hold onto when reading them. An app earning from ad impressions earns when you open it and keep it open. It does not earn when your trades succeed.

That alignment problem is not unique to these two, but it sits awkwardly beside the promise of automated trading. Software that trades for you should have no reason to want your attention, because the whole proposition is that you do not have to watch.

Do not connect a funded trading account or an exchange API key to either app. If you try one at all, use a demo account, and if you must issue an API key, restrict it to trading only with withdrawal permission disabled. An automated trading product that cannot state its own results on either of its two apps has not earned access to real money.

Our view: one publisher, two automated trading apps, two thousand downloads between them, 138 reviews on one and none at all on the other, no jurisdiction behind the LLC, no licence and not a single performance figure across either listing. Do not connect a funded account.
