Capitalaxis — flagged scam broker

Capitalaxis — A Five-Step Ladder of Fixed Returns

Capitalaxis (capitalaxis.net) markets itself as a CFD broker for stocks, gold, oil and indices. Underneath sits a ladder of five fixed-return plans. The FCA warned on 19 October 2026 that the firm is not authorised. Its domain dates from 15 November 2025.

Why a bigger Capitalaxis deposit “earns” more

On a real trading account, the size of your deposit has no effect on the percentage a trade makes. A 4% move is a 4% move on $500 or on $50,000. Capitalaxis does the opposite: every step up the ladder raises the promised return. That only makes sense as a sales tool, designed to push clients into larger transfers.

Capitalaxis plan Deposit range Return per trade
SMARTGROW $200–$2,999 2%
FORTRESS $3,000–$9,999 3%
APEX $10,000–$19,999 4%
IMPERIUM $20,000–$49,999 5%
PREMIUM $50,000–$1,000,000 6%

One template, many names — Capitalaxis

The page title, “CFD Trading — Trading on Stocks, Gold, Oil, Indices”, the menu and the layout are shared with several other sites the FCA flagged on the same day, among them Coin Stream Pro, Tradingspire and Multiple Investment Capital. The footer reads “© 2026 Capitalaxis”. A new name on an old kit is a common way to restart after a site is reported.

⚠ Capitalaxis data points

  • FCA warning: 19 October 2026.
  • Domain registered 15 November 2025.
  • Returns rise with deposit size, from 2% to 6% per trade.
  • Template shared with other flagged brokers.

Before you send Capitalaxis another payment

Ask for the firm’s registration number and look it up yourself on the FCA register, not through a link the firm sends you. Capitalaxis gives no company name, no address and no licence number on its home page. If an account manager says your profits are ready but locked until you pay a commission, that is the moment to stop. Genuine brokers deduct fees from the balance; they never ask for fresh money to release your own. Keep the transfer records, the wallet addresses and the chat history: they are what a bank, an exchange or the police will ask for first.
